The folding supporting assemblies are installed on the two sides of the steel guardrail and used for supporting the steel guardrail, and folding of the folding supporting assemblies can be achieved. The device is mainly used for bridge deck construction safety maintenance work, changes of the structure and the size are achieved in a telescopic deformation mode and a folding deformation mode, and storage, transportation, hoisting and installation are facilitated.
