The invention relates to a factory door with excellent heat insulation performance and air tightness, which comprises a door frame and a plurality of rollers, the door frame is internally provided with a through entrance, and the upper part of the door frame is provided with a rail which is long in the horizontal direction and is used for guiding rollers of the door, and the rollers are formed on the upper part of the door and are arranged on the rail. The door for the factory comprises a door frame which is made of a metal material with excellent strength, has a four-side frame shape of which the inner part is through, and forms a supporting ridge for supporting a heat insulation plate on the inner surface close to a door frame; a heat insulation plate which is located inside the door frame, is disposed and fixed on a support ridge of the door frame, seals the inside of the door frame, and is internally provided with a heat insulation material so as to prevent hot air inside the factory from being released to the outside; and a waterproof coating part which is coated between the door frame and the heat insulation plate and ensures the air tightness between the door frame and the heat insulation plate.
