Building of nursing or medical facility
A building for a nursing facility or a medical facility is provided with: a plurality of rooms (10A-10I); a common channel (131, 231) which connects the plurality of living rooms (10A-10I); toilets (30A-30G) which are attached to some rooms among the plurality of rooms (10A-10I) and which can enter and exit the toilets from the some rooms without passing through the common tunnel; and a sewage treatment chamber (40A-40E) which is adjacent to the toilet and can directly enter and exit from the toilet, the sewage treatment chamber having an outlet through which the sewage treatment chamber can reach the outside without passing through the common passage. As a result, it is possible to prevent the diffusion of pathogens or odors caused by taking clothes or the like to which dirt adheres into the common passage.
护理设施或医疗设施的建筑物具有：多个居室(10A～10I)；共用通道(131、231)，其将所述多个居室(10A～10I)相连；厕所(30A～30G)，其附设于所述多个居室(10A～10I)中的部分居室，能够从该部分居室不经过所述共用通道地出入该厕所；以及污物处理室(40A～40E)，其与所述厕所相邻，能够从该厕所直接出入该污物处理室，所述污物处理室具有出口，利用该出口能够不经过所述共用通道地到达室外。由此能够防止由于将附着有污物的衣物等拿入到共用通道而引起的病原体或臭气的扩散。
