Accurate positioning auxiliary device for mounting H-shaped steel girder
The invention discloses an accurate positioning auxiliary device for H-shaped steel girder installation. The longitudinal positioning steel plate is welded on the U-shaped clamping plate base by adopting a double-sided welding seam; the transverse stiffening steel plate, the U-shaped clamping plate base and the longitudinal positioning steel plate are connected into a whole, and it is guaranteed that stress of the longitudinal positioning steel plate is stable. The U-shaped clamping plate base is clamped into an upper flange steel plate of the steel cover beam, bolt holes are formed in the U-shaped clamping plate base, and fixing bolts penetrate through the bolt holes to fix the U-shaped clamping plate base. The device is mounted on the upper flange of the steel box when the steel-concrete combined cover beam steel box is machined, the position precision of the mounting plane of the H-shaped steel girder is adjusted and controlled to the millimeter level, and the problems of low efficiency, poor precision and high safety risk due to the fact that the H-shaped steel girder falling position is determined by staff through line marking and observation in the girder profile steel hoisting and mounting process are avoided. Secondary adjustment consumes manpower and material resources, and the manufacturing cost is high.
