The efficient wrecker for traffic accident rescue comprises a wrecker body, two front wheels are installed at the bottom end of the wrecker body, a shovel plate is arranged at the front end of the wrecker body, and the shovel plate is used for synchronously shoveling snow blocks on the advancing route of the wrecker body in a reciprocating mode along with the rotating process of the front wheels. A collecting frame is connected to the front end of the wrecker body in a screwed mode, two conveying crawler belts are installed in the collecting frame, the collecting frame is used for collecting shoveled snow blocks, and the snow blocks are conveyed to the two sides of the advancing route of the wrecker body through the conveying crawler belts. The road snow layer is automatically removed along with advancing or retreating of the wrecker main body, so that the rescue difficulty can be reduced, the smoothness of a rescue route can be ensured during rescue in snowy days, and a vehicle frozen on the road can be quickly loosened and helped to get out of trouble by prying the vehicle back and forth through the shovel plate.
