The invention relates to the technical field of rainwater collecting devices, and particularly discloses a building rainwater circulating system which comprises a water collecting box, a water filtering shell and a filter screen belt. The water filtering shell is detachably installed on the top face of the water collecting box, and a baffle is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the water filtering shell. A through hole is formed in the baffle plate; a driving roller and a driven roller are rotationally connected to the inner side wall of the through opening. The filter screen belt is sleeved outside the driving roller and the driven roller; a first motor of which the output end is coaxially and fixedly connected with the driving roller is mounted on the outer side wall of the water filtering shell; a brush roller is rotationally connected to the inner side wall of the water filtering shell; bristles in contact with the surface of the filter screen belt are arranged on the outer side wall of the brush roller; a first transmission assembly capable of enabling the driving roller to drive the brush roller to rotate is arranged at the end part of the brush roller; a water inlet is formed in the top surface of the water filtering shell; the filter screen belt is driven by the first motor to rotate, so that leaf impurities move along with the filter screen belt, the leaf impurities are cleaned through bristles on the brush roller, and the possibility that the filter screen belt is blocked by the leaf impurities is reduced.
