The invention discloses a photo-thermal adjustable phase-change glass curtain wall system which comprises an outer-layer glass curtain wall, an inner-layer glass curtain wall opposite to the outer-layer glass curtain wall and a light sensor. A plurality of ventilation openings capable of being opened and closed are respectively formed in the outer-layer glass curtain wall and the inner-layer glass curtain wall; an air interlayer is formed between the outer-layer glass curtain wall and the inner-layer glass curtain wall, a reel is fixed in the air interlayer, a plurality of photo-thermal adjustable phase-change shutters are movably connected to the reel, and a driving part is arranged at the joint of each photo-thermal adjustable phase-change shutter and the reel; the light sensor and the driving part are both in signal connection with a control system. According to the glass curtain wall, photo-thermal characteristic self-adjustment can be carried out according to different seasons and day and night working conditions, the requirements for indoor thermal comfort and natural lighting adjustment are met, and a certain effect on reducing building energy consumption is achieved.
