The prefabricated cavity column construction method comprises the following steps that S1, butt joint is conducted, specifically, a prefabricated cavity column is hoisted to a designated place, and the prefabricated cavity column is in butt joint with a base; mounting a supporting rod; the slurry blocking devices are moved to the two sides of the prefabricated cavity column; s2, a slurry blocking stick is inserted into a slurry blocking device; s3, grouting is conducted, specifically, a discharging pipe of a grouting machine is connected with a grout inlet, and grouting is started; s4, slurry blocking; when slurry is discharged from the upper slurry outlet, the slurry blocking device is started, and the slurry blocking device inserts a slurry blocking stick into the lower slurry outlet; the upper slurry outlet is blocked by a worker; s5, curing: standing to cure the slurry; a plurality of slurry outlets below the two surfaces of the prefabricated cavity column can be blocked at the same time, so that the waste of slurry is reduced, and meanwhile, the project progress can be accelerated; and the first motor drives the lower end of the first beating hammer to continuously and repeatedly beat the slurry blocking stick through the first rotating shaft, so that the other end of the slurry blocking stick enters the corresponding slurry outlet through the first fixed through hole.
