The invention discloses a flame-retardant heat-insulating plate for a safety cabin, which comprises a composite material layer forming the outer wall of the safety cabin and an aluminum silicate nano-modified fireproof material layer coating the outer surface of the composite material layer, and the aluminum silicate nano-modified fireproof material layer comprises a plurality of layers which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; a heat-resistant structural adhesive layer is adhered between the innermost layer and the composite material layer, the outer surface of the outermost layer is integrally coated with a stainless steel mesh, the peripheral edge of the stainless steel mesh is fixed on the composite material layer, and the composite material layer comprises a plurality of basalt fiber felts and glass fiber felts which are staggered and stacked from inside to outside. A resin layer is adhered between the adjacent basalt fiber felt cloth and glass fiber felt cloth, the fire-resistant and heat-insulating composite material layer is directly used as the outer wall of the safety cabin, and the aluminum silicate nano-modified fireproof material layer is further matched and coated, so that the fire-resistant and heat-insulating effects of the whole safety cabin are effectively ensured.
