The invention relates to the technical field of smart home, in particular to a magnetic control device and a smart home security monitoring system.The magnetic control device comprises a sliding guide rail, and a shielding plate is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding guide rail; through the arrangement of the gas sensor, the smoke sensor and the electromagnet, sensed data are output to the central controller after the gas sensor or the smoke sensor detects that gas leakage or smoke exists in a room, and then the central controller controls the electromagnet to start to work; when the electromagnet is started to work, a magnetic field with the same polarity as that of the opposite side of the permanent magnet can be generated, so that the permanent magnet and the sliding seat are pushed to move towards the side away from the electromagnet by utilizing the characteristic that the same polarity repels, and when the sliding seat moves towards the side away from the electromagnet, a window sash of the casement window which is closed can be pulled to be opened through the traction rod and the fixing plate. Therefore, ventilation in the whole room is facilitated, and the probability of smoke or fuel gas poisoning of people in the room is reduced.
