When the method is implemented, a first-section integral TBM tunnel meeting the TBM construction requirement is formed by combining an air inlet tunnel, a main and auxiliary factory upper pilot tunnel, an air exhaust tunnel, an air exhaust outlet connecting tunnel, an outlet tunnel, a main transformer excavation pilot tunnel, a main transformer traffic branch tunnel and a factory inlet traffic tunnel which are connected in sequence; a second-section integral TBM tunnel meeting the TBM construction requirement is formed by combining the drainage gallery and the artesian drainage tunnel; the two paths are both suitable for long-distance and continuous construction operation of the TBM. The construction efficiency and the construction safety can be improved, and the project investment and the construction difficulty are reduced.
本发明涉及水利水电地下工程领域,尤其涉及一种适于TBM施工的抽水蓄能电站地下厂房施工方法。本发明实施时,由依次相接的进风洞、主副厂房上导洞、排风洞、排风出线连系洞、出线洞、主变开挖导洞、主变交通支洞和进厂交通洞组合构成符合TBM施工要求的第一段整体式TBM隧洞;由排水廊道和自流排水洞组合构成符合TBM施工要求的第二段整体式TBM隧洞;两路径均适于TBM长距离、连续施工作业。本发明可提高施工效率及施工安全性,降低工程投资和施工难度。
