The driving mechanism is in power connection with the pressurizing mechanism located above the second water tank, an air outlet hole of the pressurizing mechanism is communicated with the second water tank, at least part of components in the pressurizing mechanism move up and down in the vertical direction, and air is pumped into the second water tank to pressurize water. The hydraulic ram pump has the energy-saving characteristic, water continuously enters the first water tank to drive the driving mechanism to rotate, the driving mechanism drives the pressurizing mechanism to pressurize the second water tank, the pressurized water is output outwards, the water amount is large, it is guaranteed that water is conveyed to the high water level, and the requirements for mountain irrigation and water drinking of people and livestock in the mountainous area are met.
