The invention provides a driving device, a toilet lid and an intelligent toilet. The driving device is used for driving a seat ring or a cover plate of the toilet lid to turn over, the driving device comprises a shell, a piston and a push rod, and a cavity, a liquid through hole and a vent hole are formed in the shell and communicated with the cavity; the piston is arranged in the shell and divides the cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity which are isolated from each other in the axial direction, the first cavity is communicated with the liquid through hole, and the second cavity is communicated with the outside atmosphere through the vent hole; the push rod penetrates through the shell in the axial direction of the shell and penetrates through the first cavity to be connected with the piston. The end, exposed out of the shell, of the push rod is used for driving the toilet lid. When external liquid is injected into the first cavity from the liquid through hole, the piston can move in the direction of extruding the second cavity under the hydraulic action in the first cavity, and synchronously drives the push rod to open the toilet lid; when the toilet lid is closed, the push rod can be driven by the toilet lid to pull the piston to move in the direction of extruding the first cavity, so that liquid in the first cavity is discharged from the liquid through hole.
