The invention relates to the field of dust removal, in particular to a gradient ceramic fiber filter tube for dust removal and a preparation method of the gradient ceramic fiber filter tube, and aims at solving the problems that an existing porous ceramic fiber filter is still poor in filtering effect, low in filtering efficiency and low in mechanical property and high temperature resistance. According to the preparation method, the ceramic fiber filter tube is arranged to be of a three-layer composite structure, so that the supporting layer plays a good supporting role, the purifying layer can conduct oxidation-reduction reaction on harmful gas in flue gas, the flue gas is effectively purified, the high-strength layer can bear high temperature and impact of the flue gas, and the service life of the high-strength layer is prolonged. The pore diameters of the supporting layer, the purifying layer and the high-strength layer are arranged in a gradient manner, so that the thermal shock resistance of the ceramic fiber filter tube is good, the filtering resistance of the ceramic fiber filter tube is reduced, the plastic deformation of the ceramic fiber filter tube is greatly improved through contact between ceramic fibers and particles, and the backwashing effect between layers is improved.
本发明涉及除尘领域,具体涉及一种除尘用梯度陶瓷纤维滤管及其制备方法,用于解决现有的多孔陶瓷纤维过滤器仍然存在过滤效果不佳,过滤效率低,力学性能和耐高温性能不够高的问题;该制备方法中通过将陶瓷纤维滤管设置成三层复合结构,使得支撑层起到良好的支撑作用,净化层能够对烟气中的有害气体进行氧化还原反应,使得烟气得到有效的净化,高强层能够承受烟气的高温以及冲击,从而实现对整个陶瓷纤维滤管进行有效的保护,而且支撑层、净化层以及高强层的孔径呈梯度设置,使得陶瓷纤维滤管的抗热震性好,降低其过滤阻力,而且通过陶瓷纤维与颗粒物接触,使得其塑性变形大幅度提升,提高了层间的反洗效果。
