The invention relates to a cross-shaped shell assembly for a cross-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column, characterized in that it comprises: two profile parts, each of which has a U-shaped section and an edge fold, the U-shaped sections of the profile parts being arranged open towards each other, the U-shaped sections having side walls and a bottom wall connecting the side walls to each other, the edge folding parts are connected to the free ends of the side walls respectively and extend away from each other; two sheet metal parts which are formed in the form of a flat plate and which are connected to the free ends of the flangings of the profiled parts and thus together with the profiled parts form a circumferentially closed circumferential wall of the cross-shaped housing assembly; and a plurality of internal tie pieces which are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the profile piece and are respectively welded on the inner side of the profile piece. The cross-shaped shell component has the technical effects that for the cross-shaped shell component, the optimal force transmission effect is achieved through the internal pulling and connecting piece, the steel consumption is reduced, and concrete pouring is facilitated. The invention further relates to a positioning mold and a manufacturing method of the cross-shaped shell component.
