The invention discloses a construction waste pretreatment method with low environmental influence, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, mechanically crushing construction wastes, winnowing to obtain waste fine powder and waste particles after mechanically crushing, and then collecting and dedusting the waste fine powder to obtain fine powder; and screening the waste particles to obtain fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and large-volume fragments, washing the fine powder, the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate with water, then compressing and heating with dry air, air-drying the washed fine powder, the washed fine aggregate and the washed coarse aggregate to obtain product-grade fine powder, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, and respectively storing the product-grade fine powder, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. According to the method, high-quality building waste fine powder, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate are prepared through the processes of one-time winnowing, two-time water washing and one-time air drying, powdery particles attached to the surfaces of the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate are cleaned through winnowing and two-stage water washing and recycled, the resource utilization rate is increased, and the method is suitable for large-scale application and popularization.
