High-toughness heat-conducting concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and relates to high-toughness heat-conducting concrete and a preparation method and application thereof.The high-toughness heat-conducting concrete material comprises a liquid composition and a solid composition which are independent of each other, the liquid composition comprises graphene, PVA fibers and a solvent, and the solid composition comprises a cross-linking agent; the PVA fibers are adhered to the graphene to form a heat-conducting network structure, and the PVA fibers are crosslinked when being in contact with the crosslinking agent. The preparation of the few-layer graphene and the uniform dispersion of the few-layer graphene in the PVA aqueous solution are realized by adopting high-pressure microjet, a heat-conducting network is effectively constructed, and meanwhile, a tough cross-linked network is formed in the concrete by utilizing the gel reaction of PVA and borax, so that the toughness and heat-conducting property of the concrete are greatly improved.
本发明属于建筑材料领域,涉及一种高韧性的导热混凝土及其制备方法和应用,所述高韧性的导热混凝土材料包括相互独立的液体组合物和固体组合物,所述液体组合物包括石墨烯、PVA纤维和溶剂,所述固体组合物包括交联剂,所述PVA纤维粘附在石墨烯上形成导热网络结构,且所述PVA纤维与交联剂接触时发生交联。本发明采用高压微射流实现寡层石墨烯的制备和在PVA水溶液中的均匀分散,有效构建导热网络,同时利用PVA和硼砂的凝胶反应在混凝土内部形成韧性交联网络,大幅度提升混凝土的韧性和导热性能。
