Ceramic large plate and bubble-free defect treatment process for forming ceramic large plate
The invention relates to a ceramic large plate and a bubble-free defect treatment process for forming the ceramic large plate, which sequentially comprises the following steps of: (1) drying the ceramic large plate; (2) applying digital mold ink on the surface of the ceramic large board by using a first ink jet machine; (3) spraying cover glaze on the surface of the ceramic large plate, and drying; (4) applying color ink and engraving ink on the surface of the ceramic large plate by using a second ink jet machine; (5) if the color gray scale of a part of area of the layout is below 30 points and/or the ink amount of color ink in the area of the second ink jet machine is lower than 5g/m < 2 >, spraying digital protective glaze ink on the surface of the ceramic large board by using a third ink jet machine, and ensuring that the ratio of the sum of the ink jet amounts of the second ink jet machine and the third ink jet machine to the glaze spraying amount of the cover glaze is 1: (20-40); performing drying; and (6) firing the ceramic large plate. According to the scheme, the defects of glaze bubbles, pinholes, blank pieces, dirt falling, deformation and the like on the glaze surface caused by water bubbles can be overcome.
