Fabricated hollow slab bridge and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a fabricated hollow slab bridge and a construction method thereof. All the hollow slabs are transversely connected into a whole through the inter-slab connecting devices. Due to the arrangement of the middle cantilevers, the top surfaces of the middle cantilevers and the top surfaces of the hollow slabs jointly form a plane structure for pavement of the bridge deck structure and serve as a bottom die of a cast-in-place layer of the bridge deck structure. And then, a guardrail structure is cast on the top of the side cantilever beam in situ, and a bridge deck structure is cast on situ by taking the plane structure and the guardrail structure as templates, so that bridge deck construction is facilitated, and the effect of strengthening the connection between a guardrail and a bridge structure is achieved. The middle suspension beams are arranged on the upper half parts between the adjacent hollow slabs, and the inter-slab connecting devices are arranged on the lower half parts between the adjacent hollow slabs, so that hinge joint diseases existing in conventional hollow slabs are avoided; due to the combined action of the inter-plate connecting device arranged on the lower half part of the inter-plate and the wall surface structure cast in place on the plane structure, the transverse integrity and durability of the bridge plate are improved.
