The invention relates to the technical field of foundation treatment, and provides a pile foundation construction method which comprises the following steps: jet grouting and hole forming: jet grouting fluid to a soil body at a preset pile position to punch and stir the soil body to a preset depth position to form a pile hole; sinking and filling: inserting a filling pipe with a temporarily closed discharge port into the pile hole to the bottom of the pile hole, and filling dry building particles into the filling pipe; and lifting and filling are conducted, specifically, the filling pipe is lifted from the hole bottom, the discharging opening is opened, the building particles are poured into the preset height position in the pile hole, the water content of the soil body can be effectively reduced, and the pile forming quality is improved. The invention further provides a planting pile construction method. The planting pile construction method comprises the pile foundation construction method and a pile planting step carried out after the lifting and filling step. In the pile planting step, before the materials in the pile holes are solidified, the precast piles are inserted into the pile holes to the preset depth, and the bearing capacity of the foundation can be effectively improved.
