Movable grouting system and method
The invention provides a movable grouting system and method, and the system comprises a movable storage tank which moves among pouring points through traction equipment so as to pour cement paste into a pile hole; the grouting pump is connected with a grouting device through a grouting pipe; a grouting hole is formed in the middle of the grouting device, and balloons are arranged at the two ends of the grouting device; the air pump is correspondingly connected with the two balloons through an air supply pipe, and the balloons abut against the inner wall of the mud jacking pipe after being expanded; the tractor is used for enabling the mud jacking device to move in the mud jacking pipe; and the control center is correspondingly connected with the air pump, the tractor and the grouting pump so as to conduct grouting on the grouting point positions distributed on the grouting pipe from bottom to top. The movable storage tank is arranged and used for transporting grout, a stirring station, a control center and a tractor do not need to be arranged beside a pile hole, automatic grouting operation can be achieved under control of the control center, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the grouting precision is guaranteed.
