The invention relates to the technical field of building structures, in particular to an enclosure structure for controlling deformation of a subway deep foundation pit and a construction method thereof, and the enclosure structure comprises a station shield end foundation pit enclosure structure and a standard section foundation pit enclosure structure; the station shield end foundation pit support structure and the standard section foundation pit support structure are each provided with a plurality of supporting structures which at least comprise a first supporting structure, a second supporting structure, a third supporting structure and a fourth supporting structure. The first supporting structure is connected with the continuous wall through the concrete top beam. The second supporting structure is connected with the continuous wall through a concrete waist beam; the third supporting structure is connected with the continuous wall through a concrete waist beam or a steel enclosing purlin; the fourth supporting structure is connected with the continuous wall and arranged at the bottom of the foundation pit. According to the method, the safety of controlling the deformation of the deep foundation pit support structure in the deep soft soil layer is ensured.
