The invention provides an installation method for a loess cutting high slope photovoltaic power generation device. The installation method comprises the following steps that a steel pipe pile is installed, wherein the steel pipe pile is pressed into a soil body or a rotary drilling machine is adopted to drill a hole, then the steel pipe pile is inserted, and concrete is poured into the steel pipe pile; concrete cross beams are manufactured, specifically, the reinforced concrete cross beams are arranged on the side slope platform through cast-in-place and embedded into the side slope platform to be connected with the steel pipe piles through steel bars, and U-shaped connecting bolts are pre-embedded; after the steel pipe piles and the cross beams reach the design strength, the longitudinal I-shaped steel and the concrete cross beams are fixed through embedded bolts, and the longitudinal I-shaped steel is spliced and connected in the mode that steel plates are attached and then fixed through the bolts; and transverse I-shaped steel is installed, specifically, the transverse I-shaped steel and the longitudinal I-shaped steel are connected in the mode that steel plates are attached and then fixed through bolts, photovoltaic panels are installed after the transverse I-shaped steel is installed to form an I-shaped steel frame attached to the slope shape, and in order to guarantee the stability of a power generation device, a pile length calculation formula of a needed steel pipe pile is provided.
本发明提供了一种用于黄土路堑高边坡光伏发电装置的安装方法,包括如下步骤:安装钢管桩:将钢管桩压入土体或采用旋挖机转孔再插入钢管桩并灌入混凝土;制作混凝土横梁:钢筋混凝土横梁通过现浇布置到边坡平台上,埋入边坡平台内与钢管桩通过钢筋连接,预埋U型连接螺栓;安装纵向工字钢:待钢管桩和横梁达到设计强度后,纵向工字钢与混凝土横梁通过预埋的螺栓固定,纵向工字钢拼接采用钢板贴合后螺栓固定的方式连接;安装横向工字钢:横向工字钢与纵向工字钢采用钢板贴合后螺栓固定的方式连接,待横向工字钢安装完成后形成贴合边坡坡型的工字钢框架后安装光伏板,为了保障发电装置的稳定性,提出了所需钢管桩的桩长计算公式。
