When the protective net is installed on the side slope, the protective net is fixed to the side slope through the anchor rods, and the anchor rods are fixed through chemical agents, so that the fixing stability of the protective net is improved, the anchor rod bodies can be conveniently and rapidly fixed, and the installation convenience of operators is improved.
