The invention discloses a flexible drainage device for an immersed tunnel joint. The flexible drainage device comprises two groups of waterproof steel plates, a flexible water tank and a protective shell, the two groups of waterproof steel plates are respectively mounted on pipe joint walls on two sides of a pipe joint seam, the flexible water tank comprises a tank body and bent mounting parts on two sides of the tank body, the two mounting parts are respectively mounted on the two groups of waterproof steel plates, and a water baffle which is bent and extends in the direction close to the tank bottom is arranged on the tank wall of the tank body. And the protective shell covers the outer side of the flexible water tank. The invention further provides a construction method of the immersed tunnel joint flexible drainage device. According to the immersed tunnel joint flexible drainage device and the construction method thereof, the flexible water tank can deform to adapt to relative displacement of adjacent pipe joints under the action of an external load, water leakage at the joints of the pipe joints is avoided, the water baffle can reduce scouring of water flow to the flexible water tank, the flexible water tank is prevented from being damaged due to long-term scouring, and the service life of the flexible water tank is prolonged.
