The invention relates to a vertical steel edge water-stop belt and horizontal water-stop steel plate joint construction device which comprises a steel plate water-stop belt reinforcing device and a water-stop steel plate reinforcing device, and the steel plate water-stop belt reinforcing device comprises a door-shaped frame, a driving screw rod, a driving sleeve, a driving spring, a driving block, a driving arm, a mounting seat and a cushion block; a plurality of driving blocks are distributed at intervals and sleeved with the rail, driving sleeves are connected to the driving screw in a threaded mode and sleeved with the rail in a matched mode to form a screw driving structure, the driving sleeves and the driving blocks are alternately arranged, the driving block on the lowermost portion is fixed into the rail, and driving springs are arranged on the driving screw in a sleeving mode and located between the driving sleeves and the driving blocks. A hinge seat is arranged on one side of the mounting seat, and the two ends of the driving arm are hinged to the mounting seat and the hinge seat of the driving block respectively to form a folded driving structure.
