The invention discloses a flexible connecting structure of a buckling restrained brace and an infilled wall and a construction method of the flexible connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises a main body structure frame unit, a buckling restrained brace energy dissipation and shock absorption unit in rigid connection with the main body structure frame unit, T-shaped connecting plates welded to node plates on the two sides of a beam column, and the infilled wall built in the frame unit; and the flexible materials are filled in the two sides of the buckling restrained brace and the related range of the gusset plate. The buckling restrained brace working units and the infilled wall units are ingeniously separated, it is ensured that the buckling restrained brace can normally work and deform under the earthquake action in a flexible connection mode, and a main body structure is effectively protected; the method does not influence and hinder the mechanical properties of the BRB and the beam-column gusset plate, can effectively avoid the adverse effect of the thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation of the connecting steel member on the infilled wall, enhances the overall anti-seismic property of a building, and ensures that the damping effect is fully exerted under an earthquake.
