A hollow floor core mold is arranged on the bottom plate and in a grid formed by the transverse steel bar trusses and the longitudinal steel bar trusses in a criss-cross mode, each steel bar truss comprises a first upper chord rib and a second upper chord rib, rectangular stirrups are arranged on the outer sides of the first upper chord ribs and the second upper chord ribs, and reinforcing ribs are connected to the two sides of the lower portion of each rectangular stirrup. A bending part is arranged on the reinforcing rib, the reinforcing rib is connected with the lower part of the rectangular stirrup through the bending part, and a reinforcing part is arranged at the lower part of the bending part; the lower portions of the reinforcing ribs are buried in the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is made of concrete or cement mortar.
