The steel tube bundle truss fiber concrete floor support plate comprises a bottom plate and a steel tube bundle truss, the plurality of steel tube bundle trusses are arranged on the bottom plate in parallel; the steel tube bundle truss comprises an upper chord steel tube bundle, a lower chord assembly and a connecting assembly. The two lower chord assemblies are arranged on the bottom plate in parallel, the two lower chord assemblies are fixedly connected with an upper chord steel pipe bundle through connecting assemblies, and the upper chord steel pipe bundle is filled with a high-strength grouting material. After the upper chord steel tube bundle, the lower chord steel tube bundle and the steel bars are welded into the steel tube bundle truss, the bottom plate is poured, the truss is embedded into the bottom plate to reach the specified embedded depth, the truss and the bottom plate form a stress whole, the overall rigidity of the fabricated floor support plate is improved, the formwork-free span is increased, the fabricated floor support plate is better suitable for floors with large-span spaces in buildings, and cost is reduced.
一种钢管束桁架纤维混凝土楼承板及组合楼板,包括底板和钢管束桁架;若干钢管束桁架平行设置在底板上;钢管束桁架包括上弦钢管束、下弦组件和连接组件;两个下弦组件平行设置在底板上,两个下弦组件上通过连接组件固定连接有上弦钢管束,上弦钢管束内灌入高强灌浆料。上弦、下弦钢管束与钢筋焊接成钢管束桁架后,浇筑底板,将桁架埋入底板内,达到规定埋深,使桁架与底板成为一个受力整体,提高装配式楼承板的整体刚度,增加无支模跨度,更好的适用建筑中较大跨度空间的楼板,降低成本。
