According to the assembly type ceiling structure with the air conditioner radiation function and the mounting method thereof, the assembly type ceiling structure comprises a ceiling veneer, a keel assembly, an air conditioner main unit and a female inserting pipe, and heat radiation liquid of the air conditioner main unit flows into the ceiling veneer through the female inserting pipe and then flows back into the air conditioner main unit from the interior of the ceiling veneer through the female inserting pipe. According to the suspended ceiling structure, the structure of the suspended ceiling with the air conditioner radiation function is greatly simplified, the installation efficiency of the suspended ceiling structure is improved, the capillary channel, the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are arranged in the suspended ceiling veneer, the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are arranged on the two sides of the capillary channel respectively, the female inserting pipes are connected to the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel, and the female inserting pipes are connected to the water outlet channel. The suspended ceiling veneer is connected with the air conditioner main unit through the female inserting pipe, a pipeline does not need to be laid in the suspended ceiling veneer, on one hand, heat transfer efficiency is improved, heat loss is reduced, on the other hand, when the suspended ceiling veneer is damaged, the veneer can be directly replaced, and maintenance convenience in the using process of the suspended ceiling veneer is greatly improved.
