The invention provides a concrete precast beam using opening stirrups, a superposed beam and a construction method, the stirrups of the concrete superposed beam using the opening stirrups are U-shaped opening stirrups with different heights on the two sides, and after the precast beam is installed in place on site, upper longitudinal steel bars can be directly placed in the opening stirrups. And bending the open stirrup into an integral closed stirrup by using a special tool. The adverse effect of a traditional overall closed stirrup method on placement of longitudinal steel bars on the upper portion of the superposed beam is avoided, construction is more convenient, and the construction efficiency can be improved. And meanwhile, the U-shaped opening stirrup is bent into an integral closed stirrup by using a special tool, so that the use of a combined closed stirrup is avoided, and the structure is more reliable.
本发明提供了一种使用开口箍筋的混凝土预制梁、叠合梁及施工方法,其中使用开口箍筋的混凝土叠合梁的箍筋为两侧不等高的U形开口箍筋,预制梁在现场安装就位后可将上部纵向钢筋直接放置在开口箍筋内,再使用专用工具将开口箍筋弯折成整体封闭箍筋。避免了传统整体封闭箍筋做法对叠合梁上部纵向钢筋放置的不利影响,使施工更加方便,有利于提高施工效率。同时,通过使用专用工具将U形开口箍筋弯折成为整体封闭箍筋,避免使用组合封闭箍筋,在结构构造上更加可靠。
