The invention discloses an integrated photovoltaic roof support system and a construction method, and the construction method comprises the following steps: a roof panel adopts a prefabricated prestressed hollow slab with a heat insulation function as a base layer for bearing the load of a floor, and a pre-embedded I-shaped steel support frame is installed on the prefabricated prestressed hollow slab as a photovoltaic support; a waterproof layer and a protective layer are constructed in the prefabricated prestressed hollow slab, finally, a roof photovoltaic panel is installed on the pre-embedded I-shaped steel supporting frame, the photovoltaic panel is rotatably connected with the end, away from the roof, of the pre-embedded I-shaped steel supporting frame through a lug plate, and angle adjustment of the roof photovoltaic panel is achieved. On the basis that the roof construction requirement is met, roof sunlight resources can be utilized for photovoltaic power generation, carbon emission in the operation stage of the photovoltaic building integrated roof panel is reduced, and the remarkable advantages of simplifying the construction technology, reducing the cost, shortening the construction period and the like are achieved.
本发明公开了一种一体化光伏屋面支架系统及施工方法,包括以下步骤:屋面板采用带保温的预制预应力空心板,作为承担楼面的荷载的基层,在预制预应力空心板上安装预埋工字钢支撑架作为光伏支架,在预制预应力空心板内进行防水层和保护层的施工,最后在预埋工字钢支撑架上进行屋面光伏板的安装,通过耳板将光伏板与预埋工字钢支撑架远离屋顶的一端进行可转动连接,实现屋面光伏板角度的调节,本发明在满足屋面施工要求的基础上,同时可以利用屋面阳光资源进行光伏发电,减少光伏建筑一体化屋面板运行阶段的碳排放,且兼具简化施工工艺、降低成本及缩短工期等显著优势。
