Dry-hanging hard panel wall facing
A dry-hanging hard panel wall veneer comprises vertical keels, hanging pieces and hard panels, one sides of the hanging pieces are hung on the vertical keels, the other sides of the hanging pieces are clamped on the hard panels in a matched mode, and the adjacent vertical keels are hung on the hard panels through the hanging pieces. A transverse dovetail groove is formed in the back face of the hard face plate, and a hanging piece is installed at the end of the dovetail groove. The vertical keel comprises a bottom plate, two side plates and two wing plates, the two wing plates are in an inward-inclined S shape, a plurality of notches are formed outwards from the two side plates, a hanging and abutting part is formed between the two notches, a mounting opening is formed in the bottom plate, a nut is anchored to the preset position of the mounting opening, and the nut is in threaded connection with a sleeve bolt. A gap generated by unevenness of the vertical keel and the basic wall surface is supplemented through rotation of the sleeve bolt, namely, the vertical flatness of the vertical keel is achieved; the hanging piece comprises a hanging part and a supporting and clamping part, one side part of the hanging part is provided with the supporting and clamping part, the supporting and clamping part comprises an L-shaped upper supporting and clamping plate, an L-shaped lower supporting and clamping plate and a supporting screw, and the free ends of vertical plates of the upper supporting and clamping plate and the lower supporting and clamping plate are hook-shaped and are matched with the side edge of the dovetail groove.
