The invention relates to the field of building formworks, in particular to a building formwork supporting system which comprises a main supporting assembly and an auxiliary supporting assembly. The auxiliary supporting assembly comprises a sliding seat, a supporting plate and a driving part, the supporting plate is rotationally connected to the sliding seat, the driving part is connected between the supporting plate and the sliding seat, and the driving part drives the supporting plate to rotate along the sliding seat, so that the supporting plate is switched between a vertical posture and a horizontal posture; the sliding seat can linearly slide along the main supporting assembly so as to change the height of the sliding seat; the supporting plate is arranged in the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the sliding base in the main supporting assembly along the rotating axis of the sliding base. The device has the effect of facilitating decoration operation of personnel so as to reduce the workload of the personnel.
