Assembled high formwork support
The invention provides an assembly type high-support formwork. The assembly type high-support formwork comprises a base, a butt joint piece, a vertical rod, a frame strip and a supporting structure. The bottom end of the vertical rod is connected with the base through a butt joint piece. The two vertical rods which are in vertical butt joint are connected through a butt joint piece; a plurality of clamping teeth which are uniformly arranged at intervals are arranged on the outer wall of the vertical rod, the supporting structure is arranged outside the vertical rod in a sleeving manner, a clamping tongue mechanism and a first supporting plate are arranged on the supporting structure, and the clamping tongue mechanism is engaged with the clamping teeth to be clamped and locked, so that the supporting structure is locked on the vertical rod and cannot move downwards; the first supporting plate is in linkage fit with the clamping tongue mechanism, when the first supporting plate is lifted upwards, the locking state is released, the movable supporting structure moves downwards along the vertical rod, and the height is adjusted; the frame strips are erected between the two supporting structures located at the same height, and transverse supporting is achieved. An assembled structure is adopted, so that processing, production and carrying are convenient; after building is completed, the height positions of the transverse frame strips can be adjusted according to needs, the needed supporting effect is obtained, the adjusting mode is simple, and use is convenient.
本发明提供了一种组装式高支模架，包括底座、对接件、立杆、架条、撑托结构；立杆的底端通过对接件与底座连接；竖向对接的两条立杆之间通过对接件连接；立杆的外壁设有多个均匀间隔设置的卡齿，撑托结构套设安装在立杆的外部，撑托结构上设有卡舌机构及第一托板，卡舌机构与卡齿啮合卡锁，使撑托结构锁定在立杆上、无法下移；第一托板与卡舌机构联动配合，向上抬起第一托板时，解除锁定状态，可移动撑托结构沿立杆下移、调整高度；架条搭设在处于同一高度的两个撑托结构之间，实现横向支撑；其采用组装式的结构，方便加工生产及搬运；搭建完成后，还可根据需求调整横向架条的高度位置，获取所需的支撑效果，且调整方式简单，使用方便。
