A first servo motor is mounted at the position, extending into the fixing frame, of one side of the rotating shaft, wire spools are rotatably mounted on one side of the outer surface of the rotating shaft at equal intervals, connecting wires are wound in the wire spools, first driven fluted discs are welded to the middles of one sides of the wire spools, and second driven fluted discs are welded to the middles of the other sides of the wire spools.
