The invention discloses a spraying system, a bathing device and a sitting type shower device.The spraying system comprises a reversing part, a water guiding part and a water outlet part, the reversing part is provided with a water source connector and a plurality of water outlet connectors, and the water source connector is selectively communicated with the water outlet connectors; the water guide piece is provided with a plurality of flow channels which are separated from one another, a water blocking structure is arranged in at least one part of the flow channels, and the flow channels are correspondingly communicated with the water outlet connectors respectively; the water outlet piece is communicated with the multiple flow channels, the water blocking structures provide resistance for medium circulation in the corresponding flow channels, and the multiple flow channels are constructed to have different water guiding resistance. According to the spraying system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the spraying system is used, a hydrodynamic massage spraying scheme with various massage strengths can be provided, and the diversified massage strength requirements of a user on bath massage are met.
