Prefabricated laminated bottom plate and assembling method thereof
The prefabricated laminated bottom plate comprises a prefabricated bottom plate mold, a bottom steel bar mold and a top steel bar mold. The prefabricated bottom plate mold is composed of a vertical baffle and a horizontal baffle, and a plurality of tenons are arranged on the horizontal baffle. The top of the bottom steel bar mold is provided with transverse distribution steel bar containing holes and first truss vertical steel bar containing holes, the side of the bottom steel bar mold is provided with longitudinal stress steel bar containing holes, and the bottom of the bottom steel bar mold is provided with mortises. Second truss vertical steel bar containing holes are formed in the bottom of the top steel bar mold, truss longitudinal steel bar containing holes are formed in the side portion of the top steel bar mold, and grouting holes are formed in the top of the top steel bar mold, so that the whole prefabricated laminated bottom plate is templated, assembling is convenient, and the situation that cutting and splicing need to be conducted like a traditional laminated plate is avoided. The mortise and tenon structure is adopted for assembling the prefabricated laminated bottom plate, the installation process is easier, and errors are not prone to occurring.
