The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle and a distribution system. The unmanned aerial vehicle can prevent a door from being accidentally closed due to the influence of wind when a receiver receives articles from the unmanned aerial vehicle. A drone for delivering articles according to the present invention is provided with a storage unit for storing articles, and a door that can be opened and closed is provided on a receiving surface of the articles. Moreover, the unmanned aerial vehicle can determine the air outlet direction, and based on the direction of the air suffered by the unmanned aerial vehicle, the situation that the opened door is closed due to the influence of the air when the unmanned aerial vehicle stops is inhibited.
