When the reinforcing agent is used, the compressive strength of the pervious concrete can be improved and the durability of the pervious concrete can also be improved under the condition that the water permeability of the pervious concrete is ensured through the polypropylene crude fiber in the components of the reinforcing agent, so that the pervious concrete is not easy to crack after being formed, and the service life of the pervious concrete is prolonged; therefore, the reinforcing agent is relatively good in use effect and relatively high in practicability, and meanwhile, a good state can be ensured after the reinforcing agent is transported to a construction site after the reinforcing agent is transported for a relatively long time.
