Nano foaming agent composition for producing foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nano foaming agent composition for producing foam concrete. The nano foaming agent composition is characterized by comprising S1, a surfactant, S2, an alkaline activator, S3, an organosilicon polymer, S4, nano particles and S5, a solvent. Compared with the prior art, the nano foaming agent composition has the advantages that the foaming effect is better, and foam concrete with smaller and more uniform foam holes can be prepared by adopting the nano foaming agent composition; 2, the density is lighter, and the prepared foam concrete has better foaming effect, so that the self load of a building can be reduced, the temperature difference inside and outside the building is reduced, and the energy conservation is facilitated; 3, the strength is higher, and the prepared foam concrete is higher in strength and better in durability due to the fact that the nano foaming agent composition can be used for preparing more uniform and finer foam holes; and 4, the cost is lower.
