The invention provides anti-compression and anti-crack mortar and a processing method thereof. The anti-compression and anti-crack mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of machine-made sand, 70-80 parts of fly ash, 20-50 parts of composite fibers and 10-50 parts of water. The mortar prepared by the invention is high in compressive strength and good in crack resistance; the composite fibers are doped into the mortar, so that the cohesiveness of the mortar is improved, the compression resistance is improved, the compressive strength is enhanced, meanwhile, the shrinkage cracking effect of the mortar can be inhibited, and the crack resistance is improved.
