Wherein the spherical ceramic particles and the dried coral particles also play a role of a water reducing agent, on one hand, the spherical ceramic particles can play a ball effect when filling gaps between the cement particles and a flocculation structure, so that the resistance between the cement particles is reduced, and the fluidity of slurry is increased; meanwhile, the large-surface-area ceramic particles consume more water in slurry to wrap and wet the particle surfaces, the actual effective water-binder ratio is reduced, the rough surface of the dry coral aggregate increases the meshing friction force, meanwhile, the dry coral aggregate can absorb a part of water at the initial stage of concrete mixing due to the porous and strong water absorption characteristics, and the actual effective water-binder ratio is reduced as well; the two gradually release water absorbed in the early stage in the later period of curing, so that the continuous hydration reaction of the cementing material is ensured, and the mechanical strength of the pervious concrete is finally improved.
本发明涉及一种透水混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土制备技术领域。其中球形陶瓷微粒和干燥珊瑚颗粒还起到了减水剂的作用,一方面球形陶瓷微粒在其填充水泥颗粒和絮凝结构之间的空隙时能够发挥“滚珠效应”,使得水泥颗粒之间的阻力减小,浆体的流动性变大,同时大表面积的陶瓷微粒在浆体中会消耗更多的水来包裹和湿润颗粒表面,降低实际有效水胶比,而干燥珊瑚骨料,其粗糙表面增加咬合摩擦力的同时,其多孔和强吸水特征,在混凝土搅拌初期会吸收一部分水分,同样降低实际有效水胶比,两者在养护后期逐渐释放早期吸收的水分,从而保证胶凝材料地持续水化反应,最终提高透水混凝土的机械强度。
