The invention discloses a floating ceramic cement-based material, an evacuation platform plate frame and a manufacturing method of a floating ceramic cement-based evacuation platform plate. The floating ceramic cement-based evacuation platform plate frame comprises 130-180 parts of Portland cement, 6-24 parts of perlite, 100-260 parts of ceramsite, 1-25 parts of fly ash, 0.1-1 part of redispersible latex powder, 0.1-1 part of cellulose, 0.1-1 part of a foaming agent, 0.5-2 parts of talcum powder, 0.1-0.5 part of a swelling agent and 150-200 parts of water. According to the invention, the floating ceramic cement-based material is used for replacing the traditional concrete, and due to the change of materials and the mutual cooperation of the materials, on one hand, the weight of the castable in unit area is reduced, and on the other hand, the strength of the formed castable is ensured; and on the other hand, through cooperation of the hollow ceramsite, the foaming agent and the swelling agent, the cement can generate gas to expand, the effects of compensating shrinkage, tensioning the steel bars to generate prestress and fully filling cement gaps are achieved, and the later mechanical property of the plate is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种浮陶水泥基材料、疏散平台板框及浮陶水泥基疏散平台板的制作方法,硅酸盐水泥130~180份、珍珠岩6~24份、陶粒100~260份、粉煤灰1~25份、可再分散乳胶粉0.1~1份、纤维素0.1~1份、发泡剂0.1~1份、滑石粉0.5~2份、膨化剂0.1~0.5份和水150~200份。本发明利用浮陶水泥基材料替代传统的混凝土,用料上的改变及物料相互的配合,一方面减轻了单位面积内浇注料的重量,同时保证浇注料成型后的强度;另一方面,利用空心的陶粒和发泡剂及膨化剂的配合,可以是水泥产生气体发生膨胀,起到补偿收缩和张拉钢筋产生预应力以及充分填充水泥间隙的作用,加强板材的后期力学性能。
