The invention discloses low-shrinkage pumpable heavy concrete which comprises the following components: 280-340 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 0-40 kg/m < 3 > of coal ash, 0-60 kg/m < 3 > of mineral powder, 250-400 kg/m < 3 > of modified high-titanium heavy slag sand, 1000-1300 kg/m < 3 > of barite sand, 0-500 kg/m < 3 > of barite, 1000-1740 kg/m < 3 > of hematite, 30-50 kg/m < 3 > of an expanding agent, 10-12 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent and 140-145 kg/m < 3 > of water. The modified high-titanium heavy slag sand is obtained by mixing and stirring high-titanium heavy slag sand and super absorbent resin and then adsorbing a sodium monofluorophosphate solution. According to the low-shrinkage pumpable heavy concrete, on the premise that good pumping performance is guaranteed, the problems of shrinkage cracking and the like of the concrete can be greatly solved, the uniformity, the mechanical property and the like of the heavy concrete are remarkably improved, and the low-shrinkage pumpable heavy concrete is suitable for application and popularization.
