Cross chiral negative Poisson's ratio structure prepared from high-ductility cement-based composite material
A crossed chiral negative Poisson's ratio structure prepared from a high-ductility cement-based composite material belongs to the technical field of negative Poisson's ratio structure design, the structure comprises crossed chiral units, the whole structure is composed of a plurality of crossed chiral units in an array form, and the crossed chiral units are consistent in size and thickness; the cross chiral unit comprises a right upper L-shaped rod, a left lower L-shaped rod, a left upper L-shaped rod, a right lower L-shaped rod and a central prism, and the short shaft end parts of the right upper L-shaped rod, the left lower L-shaped rod, the left upper L-shaped rod and the right lower L-shaped rod are respectively connected with four side surfaces of the central prism to form a swastika shape; the long shaft ends of the left upper L-shaped rods and the right lower L-shaped rods of the adjacent cross chiral units in the same row are connected, and the long shaft ends of the left lower L-shaped rods and the right upper L-shaped rods of the adjacent cross chiral units in the same column are connected. The structure not only has higher compressive strength, bending strength and ductility and good energy absorption characteristic, but also has the characteristic of lower manufacturing cost.
