The invention provides self-waterproof carbon-reducing recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-waterproof carbon-reducing recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 450 parts of cement, 1000 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate, 500 to 600 parts of fine aggregate, 200 to 250 parts of water and 80 to 130 parts of admixture, the admixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of metakaolin and 50-70 parts of fly ash. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the coarse aggregate, the cement, the fine aggregate, the metakaolin and the fly ash, uniformly mixing, adding water, stirring, filling into a mold, and curing. The self-waterproof carbon-reduction recycled concrete prepared by the invention has relatively strong pressure resistance and impermeability, the cement consumption is reduced, and the carbon emission of the concrete can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种自防水减碳再生混凝土及其制备方法,自防水减碳再生混凝土由以下重量份的原料制备而成:水泥300‑450份、粗骨料1000‑1100份、细骨料500‑600份、水200‑250份、掺合料80‑130份;掺合料包括以下重量份的原料:偏高岭土30‑60份、粉煤灰50‑70份。制备方法为依次添加粗骨料、水泥、细骨料、偏高岭土、粉煤灰拌合均匀然后加入水进行搅拌,装模养护。本发明制备的自防水减碳再生混凝土具有较强的抗压性和抗渗性,并且减少了水泥用量,可以降低混凝土碳排放。
