Early-strength delayed-coagulation cementing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides an early-strength delayed-coagulation type cementing material and a preparation method and application thereof.The early-strength delayed-coagulation type cementing material is prepared from, by weight, 10-30 parts of aluminate cement, 60-90 parts of high-calcium minerals and 0.01-0.6 part of retarder, the content of free calcium oxide in the high-calcium minerals is 2%-40%, the weight ratio of the aluminate cement to the high-calcium minerals is 1: (2-6), and the retarder is 1: (2-6). The retarder is organic acid containing carboxylate radical. The method comprises the following steps: mixing aluminate cement, high-calcium minerals and a retarder to obtain a solid master batch; and mixing the solid master batch with water according to a liquid-solid ratio of 0.15-0.6, and uniformly stirring to prepare the early-strength delayed coagulation type cementing material. By controlling the proportion of the high-calcium mineral, the aluminate cement and the retarder, the setting time of the early-strength delayed-setting type cementing material is shortened, so that the early-strength delayed-setting type cementing material has excellent compressive strength of 2 hours, and the early strength of the cementing material is enhanced.
