The invention provides a high-strength quick-setting cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-strength quick-setting cementing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-75 parts of aluminate cement, 25-70 parts of high-calcium minerals and 0.02-0.5 part of a retarder, wherein the content of free calcium oxide in the high-calcium mineral is 2%-40%, the retarder is organic acid containing carboxylate radicals, and the weight ratio of the aluminate cement to the high-calcium mineral is preferably (0.5-2): 1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing aluminate cement and high-calcium minerals to obtain a solid master batch; the solid master batch and water are mixed, the solid-to-liquid ratio of the solid master batch to the water is 0.15-0.6, and the mixture is evenly stirred to prepare the high-strength quick-setting type cementing material. By controlling the adding proportion of the high-calcium minerals, the aluminate cement and the retarder, the setting time of the cementing material is shortened, and the cementing material has high early strength.
