Method for improving wear resistance of denitration catalyst
The invention relates to the field of denitration catalysts, and discloses a method for improving the wear resistance of a denitration catalyst, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially mixing, filtering and pre-extruding, extruding, drying and calcining raw materials to obtain a wear-resistant component; (2) adhering the wear-resistant component to the flue gas inlet end of the honeycomb type denitration catalyst by using glue; wherein the raw materials are selected from one or more than two of cordierite, zeolite, titanium dioxide, zirconium oxide and a cerium-based rare earth material. According to the invention, the wear-resistant component is adhered to the flue gas inlet end of the conventional honeycomb type denitration catalyst, so that the wear resistance of the denitration catalyst is improved, and the service life of the denitration catalyst is greatly prolonged; meanwhile, the mode of mounting the wear-resistant component on the honeycomb type denitration catalyst does not influence the denitration effect on one hand, and does not need to change the production process and flow of the conventional denitration catalyst on the other hand, so that the honeycomb type denitration catalyst is quick and convenient to mount, short in time and low in cost.
本发明涉及脱硝催化剂领域,公开了一种提高脱硝催化剂耐磨损性能的方法,该方法包括:(1)将原料依次进行混炼、过滤预挤出、挤出、干燥和煅烧,得到耐磨组件;(2)将耐磨组件用胶水粘合于蜂窝式脱硝催化剂的烟气入口端;其中,原料选自堇青石、沸石、钛白粉、氧化锆和铈基稀土材料中的一种或两种以上。本发明通过在常规的蜂窝式脱硝催化剂的烟气入口端粘合耐磨组件,从而提高了脱硝催化剂的耐磨损性能,进而大幅提高脱硝催化剂的使用寿命;同时,这种在蜂窝式脱硝催化剂上安装耐磨组件的方式,一方面不会影响脱硝效果,另一方面不需要改变常规脱硝催化剂的生产工艺和流程,安装快速便捷,时间短,成本低。
